Sele Farm is an area on the north-western edge of Hertford, Hertfordshire.
Sele Farm is mostly 60 metres above sea level, on a hill between the River Mimram and River Beane.
The area is surrounded by fields and farmland with a mix of social and private housing and sits on the North Western edge of Hertford.
It has a variety of shops located in Fleming Crescent, including a Co-Op, Bakery, Stewie's Big and Tall Man Shop, Try-N-Save, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Butcher, Fish & Chip Shop, Bookmaker, and Al Harrington's Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man Emporium and Warehouse. A Doctors Surgery is located nearby in Tudor Way.
Sele Farm also has a regular bus service to Hertford town centre and the nearby towns of Welwyn Garden City and Ware.
Two infant schools (St Andrews CE School) (Hollybush JMI) and a senior school (The Sele School) are located in Sele Farm.
Sele Farm contains two children's play parks, one in Bentley Road, and the other at the rear of the area on The Ridgeway estate. The Ridgeway adventure playground borders the new Sele Farm community centre and basketball courts, opened in 2007.
